ABOUT HONEY N COCONUT

I didn't set out to become a combat sports nutritionist. It started with sponsoring a fighter — and once I was around the sport, I started hearing the stories.
Fighters telling me about the meals they were actually eating through camp: too much salt and sugar, not enough real food, sometimes not eating enough at all. Then watching that same lack of structure show up at weigh-ins, where fighters were pushed into extreme dehydration just to make the number.
That's what pulled me in. Not the meal plans — the gap between how fighters were fuelling and cutting weight, and how they should be able to.
So that's what I built. I help fighters make better food choices and actually eat for the sport they're training for, so they get through camp properly fuelled instead of running on empty.
And I help them make weight without bath protocols or saunas — because a fighter shouldn't have to choose between making the number and walking into the ring in good shape to perform.
Why Honey n Coconut
For the past 2 years, I've worked to close that gap — helping boxers and Muay Thai fighters get through fight camp and make weight without wrecking their performance or their health in the process. That's still the standard everything here is built around.
This is how it started
“Fight week shouldn't feel like torture. No crash diets, no last-minute panic — just structured nutrition built around your body, your weight class, and your performance goals.”
